Well uh can you see or smell anything notable? Keep track of the direction to the exit, this might be another dead end.
You can't see much of anything at all, but
reaching the edge of the tracks, you find a half-buried boneman, much
like the one sleeping at the entrance.
It's hard to describe the smell surrounding you, but "musty" would be a good way to put it.

Shout a nastiest slur the kind barwoman taught you.
You use a SWEAR WORD OF POWER.
"MILK DRINKER!" you shout into the darkness.
Your voice reverberates and echoes back along with the sound of a few droplets of water and hollow clicks and clacks, likely bits of rock.

After a moment of silence the faint clacking resumes.

If it stopped even for a moment, that might mean it's a living thing. Go towards the clacking!
You attempt to follow the clacking and find yourself face-to-face with a boneman in the vast cavern.
This boneman seems very much awake as he rattles about and reaches for something behind him.
