Stomach storage is foolish and dangerous, take one towel. You can always drop it later if you get too much sweet loot.

There is a container with sticks in the bottom left corner of the room.
Take one of those sticks and a towel and create a bindle out of them,
which will let you fashionably and easily carry more items around.

You don't know how to craft but you do take one of the sticks. Your safe inventory is now full.

After the stunt your directionally-challenged self pulled, exploring the rest of the mansion indeed seems like a recipe for disaster.

You head to the right south this time, and after walking past a long corridor and a small entrance, you find yourself in front of the mansion overlooking the fields.

To your left, a ways away from the mansion, is the ARGONIAN CABIN where all your kin that work the fields live. South of you is the path out of the farm.

You see few Argonians working, but many are probably hidden from sight in the tall fields.
